Role: ServiceNow ITOM Senior Consultant

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

What Impact You Can Make

You will play a vital role in developing and supporting customers' ServiceNow applications such as ITOM, Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, ITSM, integrations, implementations, and development.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and test ServiceNow enhancement stories.
2. Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform for 6+ years (ITSM, ITOM, and integrations).
2. Integration and implementation experience in one or more ServiceNow modules, with hands-on developer experience.
3. Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems, working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs.
4. Solid understanding and experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and developing integrations with ServiceNow using web services, SOAP, email, MID, and plugins.
5. Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related technologies.

Required Certifications

1. ITIL, CSA, ITSM + ITOM, ITAM, HRSD (any other relevant certifications are a plus), with at least 2 mainline certifications matching the required skills.
