Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Software Engineering – Development Manager to lead design, development, and support of cutting-edge software products. You will guide architecture, practices, and engineering excellence while inspiring a high-performance team in a dynamic environment in Bengaluru, India.

You will work with a Scrum Master to prioritize work, drive INVEST-aligned user stories, and ensure timely delivery with a focus on quality and customer outcomes.

• Ability to travel to customer site as requested.
• Because of the advanced state‑of‑the‑art complexity of programming, considerable influence is required over users and peers and is also required at the functional and executive level.
• Conduct tools workshops to demonstrate the functions, features, and capabilities of Tool solution and collect client specific requirements.
• Anticipates potential problems associated with the solution being developed. Develops and leads execution of the technical risk management plan for the solution to be implemented.
• Develop functional specifications for new requirements. Validate requirements were implemented to meet client expectations
