Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• ServiceNow certifications required: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimisation.

Advisory & Strategic Consulting

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
• Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (any one).
• Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
• Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.

Technical Implementation & Platform Expertise

• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery and more.
• Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).
• Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.

Proposal & SOW Development

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
• Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications required:
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist (at least ONE of the following):
• ITSM
• ITOM - Discovery / Event Management / Service Mapping
• ITAM - Hardware / Software
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
