Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Delhi, India, seeks a ServiceNow Enterprise / Platform Architect (Intermediate) to lead advisory engagements and hands-on configuration across ServiceNow modules. The role combines strategic roadmaps, governance, and implementation with presales support including SOWs and proposals.

The ideal candidate brings 8–11 years of ServiceNow experience, strong architecture and integration skills, and proven client-facing storytelling and workshop leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications required: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/Discovery/Service Mapping/ITAM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define futurestate process and platform strategies.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
• Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (any one).
• Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
• Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery and more.
• Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.
• Manage integrations with thirdparty tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF).
• Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
• Estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables with client expectations and budget constraints.
• Support pricing strategies and resource planning for advisory and implementation phases.

Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to presales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory & Strategic Consulting

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of handson ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
