Job Description:

Required qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years focused on the Vulnerability Response (VR) and/or Security Operations (SecOps) modules.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.

Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Servers.

Experience with ServiceNow's CMDB and Discovery module.

Knowledge of Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Performance Analytics.

Domain Knowledge:

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, the vulnerability lifecycle, and risk assessment.

Familiarity with CVSS (Common Vulnerability Scoring System) and NIST frameworks.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, Agile environment
