Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Security Operations specialist focused on Vulnerability Response to implement, configure, and optimize the module within enterprise environments. You will work closely with security teams to tailor the Vulnerability Response setup and ensure seamless operations across critical assets and teams.

The role involves designing integrations with Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, and other security tools, as well as building workflows

Qualifications

• Must have extensive ServiceNow Security Operations experience focused on Vulnerability Response.
• Hands-on integration experience with Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk or SCCM.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Good understanding of CVE, CWE, risk scoring and vulnerability management processes.
• Excellent communication to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 38 years of experience in ServiceNow Security Operations with strong focus on Vulnerability Response
  


• Hands-on experience integrating tools like Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM
  


• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
  


• Good understanding of CVE, CWE, risk scoring, and vulnerability management processes
  


• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  


• Deloitte or large enterprise project experience is a plus
