About the Opportunity

A fast-growing IT services firm operating in the Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and digital transformation sector. We deliver managed services, platform implementations and automation for large enterprise customers—optimizing incident, change, problem and service-request lifecycles to improve business resilience and user experience.

Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
  • Create and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, UI policies, and scheduled jobs to enforce business logic and SLAs.
  • Build and extend Service Portal pages and custom widgets to improve end-user experience and adoption.
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP web services and inbound/outbound REST APIs to connect ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, process owners and QA to translate requirements into scoped applications, update sets and deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes while maintaining configuration hygiene and documentation.
