Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Bangalore, India team. You will develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, while implementing workflow automation and maintaining SSPR and knowledge management solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design Service Catalog items, and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Strong JavaScript and Glide APIs skills are required, along with ITSM expertise and Agile mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Knowledge Management and Service Catalog experience.
• Hands-on with Password Reset automation and ticket routing mechanisms.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations (APIs).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Experience with Virtual Agent or chatbot implementations
• Exposure to Predictive Intelligence / AI-based routing
• Basic knowledge of CMDB and ITOM
