Job summary

Armanino India LLP in India seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to deliver scalable, global ServiceNow solutions and integrations. You will design, build, and maintain complex flows, scripts, and integrations across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM, ensuring platform health and scalability.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on Servicenow development, strong API integration skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Prior exposure to Workday/CRM integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform for global orgs.
• Proficient with Flow Designer, server-side and client-side scripting.
• Experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) via IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM incl. Discovery, and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to design scalable, reusable global solutions and maintain docs.

This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable and supportable solutions across global organizations
• Proven proficiency with:
  • Flow Designer (complex flows, subflows, integrations, error handling)
  • Server‑side and client‑side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
• Experience designing and developing global solutions that support:
  • Multiple regions, time zones, and user populations
  • Reusable frameworks and standardized patterns
  • Long‑term platform scalability and maintainability
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, roles, and security best practices
• Ability to evaluate requirements, prioritize out‑of‑the‑box (OOB) capabilities, and implement custom development only when necessary
• Strong documentation skills, including:
  • Technical design documents
  • Flow and integration documentation
  • Clear knowledge transfer and support documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, architects, and business stakeholders
• Certifications required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing solutions in the following ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery
• Experience designing and implementing API-based integrations, including designing and implementing API‑based integrations, REST and/or SOAP web services and ServiceNow IntegrationHub and MID Server
• Hands‑on experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Workday, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and ERP, HR, or financial systems
• Familiarity with Update Sets and application repository, Instance upgrades and release management and agile or DevOps‑aligned delivery models
• Build scalable, reusable, and globally aligned ServiceNow solutions
• Leverage Flow Designer over legacy workflows where appropriate
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code
• Follow ServiceNow development standards and platform best practices
• Balance rapid delivery with enterprise‑grade stability and long‑term platform health
• Actively contribute to design reviews and technical decision‑making
