Job summary

Armanino India LLP is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to design, develop, and deploy complex integration solutions across enterprise apps. You will implement workflows using Workato and Azure, and ensure secure, scalable, and well-documented integrations.

The role requires hands-on experience with API management, data mapping (JSON/XML), and CI/CD practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet integration objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or relevant/equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of specific experience on systems integrations using APIs, JSON/XML data formats, Webhooks, Data integration practices.
• Minimum of 1 year of specific experience with Workato, Azure (API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions) and/or Boomi integration platforms performing noted responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions using integration platforms (Workato, Azure).
• Build integration workflows (recipes, Logic Apps, Functions), develop custom integrations using connectors and APIs, and implement advanced data mapping and transformation logic using JSON, XML, and expressions.

This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions using integration platforms (Workato, Azure).
• Build integration workflows (recipes, Logic Apps, Functions), develop custom integrations using connectors and APIs, and implement advanced data mapping and transformation logic using JSON, XML, and expressions.
• Implement best practices for integration lifecycle management, monitoring, and optimizing task usage.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance, and maintain and improve existing integration solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with various enterprise applications such as Dynamics CRM, Workday, ServiceNow, and others.
• Translate technical specifications into working models, providing regular insight to ensure alignment on integration objectives and timelines.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation inclusive of integration diagrams and contributing to development and deployment guides.
• Ensure secure data handling practices including encryption, data masking, and tokenization.
• Use Git and CI/CD tools to manage versioning and enable automated deployments.
• Monitor integration health through alerts, centralized logs, and dashboard metrics.
• Drive innovation in integration and automation processes by staying updated on the latest integration platform features and evaluating new technologies or connectors to improve integration capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Technology, or relevant/equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of specific experience on systems integrations using APIs, JSON/XML data formats, Webhooks, Data integration practices.
• Minimum of 1 year of specific experience with Workato, Azure (API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions) and/or Boomi integration platforms performing noted responsibilities
• Preferred candidates would have Workato Integration Certification and Azure certifications related to integration services
