Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, driving end-to-end platform governance, and integrating IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules within a complex enterprise environment.

This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, automation, integrations, and best practices, ensuring an efficient, high-performing, and future-proof ServiceNow deployment. The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, enforce platform standards, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Architecture & Strategy:

• Define and implement ServiceNow architecture best practices, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, aligning ServiceNow solutions with business and IT strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies to manage platform enhancements and integrations.

Solution Design & Development:

• Lead the design, customization, and deployment of core ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Release, and Service Catalog modules.
• Architect and optimize CMDB structures, ensuring accurate asset tracking, dependency mapping, and IT visibility.
• Design and implement workflow automation, streamlining IT operations and improving service efficiency.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales efforts, understanding client pain points and recommending tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation, aligning ServiceNow offerings with business requirements.
• Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations, and technical workshops to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
• Engage with clients to define use cases, project scope, and success criteria for ServiceNow implementations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations on ServiceNow platform adoption, migration strategies, and digital transformation.

Integration & Automation:

• Oversee and execute ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications, leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and integration tools.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, IT monitoring tools, and security solutions.
• Enhance automation capabilities using AI, machine learning, and orchestration to optimize business processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory:

• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and platform enhancements.
• Conduct workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical reviews to drive adoption and value realization.

Performance Optimization & Governance:

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.
• Drive compliance with ITSM/ITOM best practices, aligning with ITIL and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and integration frameworks.
• Strong experience in enterprise-grade integrations, API development, and automation solutions.
• Proficiency in workflow design, business rules, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and advanced configurations.
• Experience with cloud architectures, infrastructure automation, and security best practices.
• ITIL v4 or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Certified Implementation Specialist / Certified Technical Architect preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Note: We are seeking candidates who can relocate to Dubai.
