Globallogic in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. You will lead technical discovery, translate requirements into architectures, and establish standards and governance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Service Management and enterprise architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementations and customizations.
• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations with complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance.
• Experience designing integrations between ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, PMs, BAs, development teams, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks for scalable, secure solutions.
• Ability to work with changing priorities and multiple initiatives.
• CMA certification is highly desirable.
• WSD and HSE modules knowledge is a plus.
• Real estate domain knowledge is a plus.
• Business analysis experience in professional services is a plus.

• Design and oversee enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps
• Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architectures and technical specifications
• Define and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, patterns, governance frameworks, development standards, and coding best practices
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow modules and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Lead technical delivery across multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects while ensuring consistent architectural approaches
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide technical expertise during client presentations
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and advise leadership on ServiceNow platform capabilities, technical direction, and roadmap planning
