• 1 Design, develop, and manage ServiceMax applications based on business requirements, including ServiceMax Go Mobile App.
• 2 Develop Salesforce Aura Components and Lightning Web Components as part of the solutions. and the dataguide .
• 3 Lead the technical team in the development and deployment of solutions, ensuring that they are robust, efficient, and scalable.
• 4 Architect solutions leveraging ServiceMax, demonstrating a deep understanding of ServiceMax capabilities and constraints,
• 5 Conduct regular system audits to identify potential system enhancements and improvements. Salesforce updates and new releases, suggesting where these could drive business improvement.
• 6 Troubleshoot and fix bugs/issues as they arise in ServiceMax applications.
