• Configure ServiceMax modules like SFM, Dispatch Console, Smart Docs, and inventory tracking.
• Write Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and develop Lightning components (Aura/LWC).
• Handle system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and AppExchange products.
• Lead the SDLC from technical design and user story estimation to deployment.
