Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a proactive Service Support & Administration professional in Bangalore to deliver effective administrative and operational support to the Service Team. You will manage service activities, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to monitor performance.

The role reports to the Service Operations Manager and requires on-site engagement with India operations, ensuring SLA compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in service administration or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office, CRM, Navision and service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service administration activities, including toll-free call management, service request logging, work order creation, dispatch and closure tracking; monitor service performance, MIS reports and documentation, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare and submit service/AMC contracts and spare quotations, process customer orders and coordinate invoicing/dispatching activities.
• Oversee inventory management, maintain stock accuracy and ensure availability of critical service spares; raise POs for stock replenishment and coordinate with BU for timely delivery.

The Service Support & Administration will oversee delivering effective administrative and operational support to the Service Team by ensuring timely processing of service activities, accurate documentation, coordination with customers and internal teams, and proper monitoring of service performance..

This position reports to the Service Operations Manager and is part of the Service department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role to Support to All India as per requirement.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Graduate in any discipline; 3-5 years of experience in service administration, service coordination, customer support, technical administration or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office , CRM, Navisions & service management systems
• Good command of written and spoken English , Good documentation and data-management skills & problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize multiple service activities.
