Job summary

Quotient Consultancy in Mumbai seeks a Service Relationship Manager for a leading bank to manage the Affluent Desk for a cluster of branches and ensure seamless service delivery to mapped affluent clients.

You will handle end-to-end client servicing, relationship management, and timely resolution of queries/escalations, while driving cross-sell and growth in AUM through active engagement with affluent clients.

• Maintain high customer service standards, strong communication, and strict adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines
