The PMO Coordinator will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating project reporting, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in the development of project management processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Support PMO reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project status to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to the PMO leadership.
