Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in India seeks an experienced Oracle SCP professional to manage Demand, Supply Planning and Global Order Promising for ATO, MTS and MTO production strategies. You will support Oracle Demand Planning, consolidate data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshoot failures, and drive end-to-end planning cycles across supply and demand.

Expertise with REST APIs, BIP reporting, MRP concepts and integrated planning is essential, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in supply

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and MRP.
• Experience with data integration between Fusion and internal systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and BIP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
• Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshooting failures.
• Support supply planning processes like MPR and constrained/unconstrained planning.
• Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomes.
• Lead E2E Planning Integrated Business Cycles.
• Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior and data gaps.
• Execute quarterly patching testing and validations.
• Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to Oracle Demand Planning Processes.
• Perform initial assessment of issues with data collection from Fusion and other systems.
• Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams/On-calls.
• Document and categorize supply planning processes like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning.
• Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs and BIP reports.
• Monitor & Coordinate support for E2E planning integrated Business Cycles.
• Manage incident tickets related to support E2E Oracle SCP.
• Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.
