Job summary

Techno Industries in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India seeks a service engineer to handle installation, maintenance and repair of EOT/gantry/hoist systems. You will diagnose and fix equipment issues with technical support to customers, applying defined procedures to ensure rapid instrument repair.

A focus on adhering to preventive maintenance schedules for contracts is essential. Experience with EOT cranes is preferred, and candidates with hands-on crane experience will be prioritized.

• Installation, timely maintenance and repair service for EOT/gantry/hoist equipment.
• Troubleshooting and providing complete technical support to customers.
• Use of defined procedures to determine appropriate action for rapid instrument repair.
• Create and follow PM schedules for contractual maintenance.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Installation, timely maintenance & repair service for EOT /gantry/ hoist etc.
• resolving customers equipment's problems/ breakdowns/ any issue through technical expertise and troubleshooting with complete technical support to customer.
• demonstrate critical thinking to resolve issue within defined procedure and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair instrument related issue.
• Make and follow PM schedule for planned service for contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from EOT Crane Experience will be preferred.
