Your main responsibilities
  • Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in your route as per agreed timelines and in accordance with Schindler Safety and Quality standards.
  • Attend call backs as needed and provide feedback to close the loop.
  • Plan jobs and supervise subcontractor workers for timely completion of service.
  • Propose sale of spare parts when the situation demands.
  • Coordinate with the FSB for spare parts and components requirements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Experience we need

6 to 9 years in the Elevator industry in Service/Maintenance Department

Qualifications

Experience in repairs and maintenance of installations with the ability to work with subcontractors and contribute to revenue through spare parts sales.
