Service Engineer (Customer Engineer/ Sr. Customer Engineer/ Team Lead - Service and Maintenance)

Your main responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agreed timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards.
• Attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback.
• Plan the jobs and provide supervision to the subcontractors’ workers for timely completion of the service.
• Propose sale of spare parts as and when situation demands.
• Coordinate with the FSB for requirement of spares and components.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience we need: 6 to 9 years in the Elevator industry in Service/ Maintenance Department
