Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform site installation and commissioning of equipment as per customer requirements and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose technical issues reported by customers through phone, email, or ticketing systems, and provide remote troubleshooting and guidance. Coordinate service visits and customer appointments efficiently.
• Perform equipment upgrades, AMC activities, preventive maintenance, periodic servicing, revamp and refurbishment. Test equipment functionality and performance after repairs, servicing, or installations.
• Provide customer training and technical support on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service documentation, follow up on orders and calibration activities, and support sales coordination.
