Job summary

BIOGENTEK Pvt Ltd. in Delhi hires a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and validate analytical instruments at customer sites across the region.

You will provide hands-on training after installation and perform preventive maintenance and calibration, while diagnosing and rectifying instrument breakdowns within committed response times. Travel extensively, on-site and remote technical support, and coordination with OEM teams are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation.
• 2–3 years of experience in servicing analytical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate analytical instruments at customer locations.
• Provide basic operational training to customers after installation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments.
• Diagnose and rectify instrument breakdowns within the committed response time.

Preferred Experience

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

• Gas Chromatography (GC)

Skills Required

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and laboratory practices..
• Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.

Travel Requirement

• Extensive travel across assigned territories and customer sites.
• Valid driving license preferred.
