Job summary

Super Sales India in Tamil Nadu invites a skilled field service engineer to oversee on-site installation and commissioning of textile machinery and to address technical issues at customer locations.

You will diagnose complaints, provide solutions, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams; a Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Technology and 3–8 years of field service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Textile Technology required.
• 3-8 years of installation, commissioning, or field service experience in industrial/textile machinery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of machine installation and commissioning within the prescribed schedule.
• Attend to technical and technological complaints related to machines installed at customer locations.
• Diagnose complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions to ensure effective and timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records of installation, commissioning, service visits and complaint closures.
• Create positive awareness among customers regarding machine performance, capabilities and operational benefits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the principal for resolving critical technical and technological issues.
