Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication in a customer-facing role.
• Understanding of IT security principles; Entra ID and IoT devices a plus.
• Certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical assistance to internal and external users.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve service requests and incidents.
• Assist with software and hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Assist with software and hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Maintain records and a knowledge base for issue resolution.
• Parametrize and customize internal business software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Write low-code apps to automate business processes.
• Maintain intranet configuration and support users with content management.

• Work with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide user training and guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide front-line technical assistance to internal and external users

• Ensure IT policies and regulations are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• IT support experience, including complex problem resolution
• Knowledge of low-code technologies (especially in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem)
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking, as demonstrated in a customer-facing role
• Understanding of IT security principles and experience in Entra ID and with IoT Devices is a plus
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are beneficial
