What would you do?
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Incorporate payroll experience into US/UK/International contexts. Define the payroll service delivery model, including roles and responsibilities related to processing, administration, garnishments, taxes, time and attendance, shared service centers, call centers, and other functions. Clarify roles and responsibilities for payroll-related jobs and positions.

Analyze and solve moderately complex problems. Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures as needed. Understand the strategic direction set by senior management related to team goals. Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads, and also with peers and management levels at clients or within Accenture. Require minimal guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Decisions often impact the team and occasionally other teams. Manage medium-small sized teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Note: This role may require working in rotational shifts.
