What would you do?

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Incorporate payroll experience into US/UK/International contexts. Define the payroll service delivery model, including roles and responsibilities related to processing, administration, garnishments, taxes, time and attendance, shared service centers, call centers, and other functions. Clarify roles and responsibilities for payroll-related jobs and positions.

Require minimal guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Decisions often impact the team and occasionally other teams.
