Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing security tools, processes, and day-to-day security service activities.
• Support development, documentation, and monitoring of security policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings, track project activities, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.
• Support the Service Delivery team to ensure timely, high-quality security services to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and timely resolution of client requirements.
• Collaborate across Security Operations, Engineering, Support, and Project Management to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring requirements, configurations, and handovers are completed effectively.
• Act as a point of coordination for client technical queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow up on client issues and requests to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain service documentation, reports, trackers, and client-related records.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and overseeing security tools, processes, and day-to-day security service activities.
• Support the development, implementation, documentation, and monitoring of security policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings, track project activities, and ensure assigned tasks and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Support the Service Delivery team in ensuring timely, consistent, and high-quality security services to clients.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and timely resolution of client requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security Operations, Engineering, Support, Project Management, and other relevant teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Support the seamless onboarding of new customers across various security services, ensuring requirements, configurations, documentation, and handovers are completed effectively.
• Act as a point of coordination for client technical queries and work with relevant internal teams to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Follow up on client issues, requests, and service-related activities to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
