Smith+Neb is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer- Sr. Tulip Developer in Pune (Kharadi) to lead the application support for Manufacturing and Quality Management Systems.

You will design, develop, and maintain Tulip-based apps, and build integrations with SAP, MES, ERP, and IoT devices to improve shop floor operations. The role requires expertise in Tulip, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and system integrations; a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, MES, and Industry 4.0 is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining manufacturing apps on Tulip platform.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations with enterprise systems like SAP/MES/ERP.
• Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, JavaScript; data analytics and dashboards.
• Understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, MES, Industry 4.0 and shop floor processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tulip-based manufacturing apps to support shop floor operations.
• Build integrations between Tulip and SAP, MES, ERP, databases, PLCs and IoT devices.
• Configure Tulip apps, tables, connectors, triggers, and analytics dashboards.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, ensure governance, promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely IT service delivery and user satisfaction.

The Service Delivery Engineer, MFG & QRA is responsible for leading the application support for Manufacturing and Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring effective delivery of IT service requests, incident resolutions, and system enhancements. This role ensures business continuity by maintaining application stability, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements across the application lifecycle.

What will you be doing?

• Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing applications using the Tulip No-Code/Low-Code platform to support shop floor operations and process automation.
• Build integrations between Tulip and enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, ERP, databases, PLCs, and IoT devices to enable seamless data flow.
• Configure and manage Tulip apps, tables, connectors, triggers, and analytics dashboards to improve operational visibility and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform enhancements, ensure platform governance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
