Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Noida, India is seeking a Service Delivery Architect for Applications, Business Processing, and Infrastructure Services to lead complex outsourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Architect for Applications, Business Processing, and Infrastructure Services to join our team in Noida, India.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to ensure the successful design (and delivery) of assigned projects and programs for our clients and contributing to the growth targets.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (Technical Architects, Principal Architects, Delivery resources) to ensure the end-to-end solution is deliverable and meets cost targets.
• Drive risk identification and management to ensure that the solutions designed meet the needs of the client and are deliverable by the practice.
• Oversee and guide review of solution and delivery architecture.
• Understand, document, and drive development of review and approval processes and tools
• Understand and use competitive financial and benefit analysis.
• Develop and document standards around IT services solutions.
• Serve as an expert consultant to senior leadership and primary and technical architectures
• Act as an agent of change and continuously foster the sharing of customer, architecture, and technical information between organizations.

Basic Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT outsourcing infrastructure solutions development, modeling and costing
• An understanding of services delivery architecture or experience in leading / managing complex multi-tower outsourcing relationships
• Fluency in English is critical.
• Flexibility to work with Global teams and stakeholders
• Understanding the impact of automation and efficiencies on solutions.
• Subject matter expert in at least one service area or technology and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of assessing operational risk on profitability and impacts to service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services Delivery managing multiple delivery teams and / or PL
• Relevant Experience and/or Industry Certification (ITIL, DevSecOps, TOGAF, Agile, or Industry cloud certifications) in Service Management and/or Application Development
• Experience in Web-based applications development and deployment
• Experience with Microsoft Office / O365 including Macro Design and Programming
• Experience in VB and/or other development languages suitable for Office and Web-based applications development and deployment
• Experience in Infrastructure architecting and implementing solutions, while providing ongoing solutions support
