Job Description - Service Delivery Ambassador - Cash

Responsible for branch operations, enhancing relationships with existing customers, and generating leads for liabilities, assets, and investment products by providing product information. Also responsible for cross-selling fee-based products to existing customers and ensuring adherence to audit and compliance standards.

1. Branch Operations, Compliance & Risk Management:

• a. Verify customer identity through signature verification and recommended ID proofs before executing transactions.
• b. Ensure customer calling through BM/BOM for all transactions as per norms outlined in circulars or the operations manual.
• c. Report all deviations or suspicious transactions to BM/BOM.
• d. Record movement of all inventories & deliverables in relevant registers and jointly sign off closing stock with BOM.
• e. Send all customer requests received for processing.
• f. Properly file all vouchers and other requests in relevant files.

2. Sales & Business Development:

• a. Achieve cross-sell targets (LI+GI, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking).
• b. Achieve FD value targets.
• c. Generate leads for cross-sell products like asset products, fee products, demat, etc.
• d. Maintain and grow relationships with mapped customers.

3. Capability Building:

• a. Complete training programs.
• b. Obtain relevant certifications such as AMFI, IRDA, and NCFM, as applicable.
• c. Continuously update knowledge through self-learning and review of circulars relevant to the operations desk.

4. Audit & Compliance:

• a. Adhere to audit and compliance standards.
• b. Ensure availability of relevant brochures and forms for customers at the desk.
