Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bengaluru (Bangalore) seeks a SB Test specialist with 4-6 years of experience to lead the creation and revision of Service Bulletin test dossiers in line with SB requirements. You will work with Airbus standards and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Knowledge of Airbus S1000D and iSpec 2200, configuration analysis, and familiarity with SAP PCS and authoring tools are essential.

Qualifications

• SB Test dossiers creation/revision as per SB requirements.
• Knowledge of Airbus S1000D and iSpec 2200 standards.
• Experience with analysis of criteria and related data sources (TRS, RDAF, TRM, ITD/ITS).
• Familiarity with SAP PCS and authoring tools (TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS).

Responsibilities

• Create and revise SB Test dossiers for WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB.
• Perform configuration analysis to identify pre/post drawings required for SB Test.
• Engage with customers for queries and clarify SB-related requirements.
• Maintain quality (RFT) and ensure on-time deliveries (OTD).
• Apply workflow processes (DCT, DCP, DCA, INC, DCR) for SB Test.

Job Description (SB Test)

• Creation & revision/legacy of Service Bulletin Test dossiers as per the requirements in the SB.
• Good knowledge of Configuration analysis as per airbus SB standard to identify the pre & post-drawings required for SB Test.
• Familiarize with Airbus standards of S1000D and iSpec 2200
• Knowledge on Technical Analysis of the criteria and the related data sources required for SB test (TRS, RDAF, TRM, ITD/ITS etc).
• Knowledge of SAP PCS and Authoring Tools in TAKSY, GIDOCA, GYPSY, Airn@V, ZAMIZ, PASS SSCI, APS.
• Good knowledge of AMM task structure.
• Knowledge to develop HPP (Hard Pin Programming) from the available source provided by Airbus.
• Creation or revision of Airbus SEMB/SLUD SB Test for WB, SA, LR, MB & XWB.
• Access study to specify the work location.
• Active Participation in customer communication for any queries.
• Analyzing, electrical and Mechanical Mockup required for SB test.
• Maintaining the quality (RFT) and KPIs for the task assigned.
• Managing the workload and maintaining the OTD (on time deliveries) and quality.
• Workflow process knowledge like DCT, DCP, DCA, INC & DCR for SB Test.
• Familiar with root cause analysis like 5 Why and 8D method (NCR).
