Job summary

Atain in India is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to manage technology services, including infrastructure and operations. The role is an individual contributor with hands-on experience across server, network, data center management and cloud migrations.

The candidate will lead O365, Azure IaaS, VMware, and security/compliance, drive on-prem to cloud projects, and mentor technical staff in a fast-paced environment while delivering reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure
• At least 4 years of End user applications support experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong customer service focus and experience.
• In depth knowledge of managing Hybrid Data center primarily Microsoft Infrastructure.
• Strong experience in managing O365, designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform, Good knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, VPN Gateways and Express Route).
• Experience in Migration of various on prem Infrastructure and IT services on Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS).
• Cloud Identity management, Integration of new applications into the cloud.
• Ability to lead and develop technical talent (performance management, coaching, mentoring).
• Strong understanding of VMware, Hypervisor, Clustering and DR.
• Ability to evaluate and leverage technology to support business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology services including infrastructure and operations management.
• Manage hybrid data center with Microsoft infrastructure.
• Drive on-prem to cloud migration efforts (IaaS/PAAS/SAAS).
• Lead and develop technical talent through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure security, compliance and audits across systems.

The candidate will be responsible for Technology Services including Infrastructure and Operations Management. He should be technically proficient in server technology, Network, SAN management, databases, data center management, license management.

• This is a individual contributor role
• Strong Hands-On experience on the following technologies but not limited to
• Office 365, SSO and SAML integration
• Zscaler & Netskope (Good to have )
• On Prem to cloud migration
• MDM Tools (Good to have )

• Experience with Networking, application development, configuration, and deployment is a plus
