Job summary

Accela Confer Group is hiring an SEO Lead – International Growth to scale organic visibility across global markets. You will shape global SEO strategy, oversee technical and localization efforts, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Regional Marketing teams to drive results.

The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on SEO experience, deep knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization, and proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO and International SEO.
• Experience scaling organic growth across global or multi-country websites.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization.
• Proficient in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Proven leadership and experience managing complex SEO projects and migrations.

• Lead global SEO strategy across multiple international markets.
• Drive Technical SEO, International SEO, keyword research, and localization.
• Optimize website visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot.
• Develop Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including hreflang, canonicalization, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Drive digital PR, backlink acquisition, structured data, and E-E-A-T initiatives.
• Track organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue through GA4 and Google Search Console.
