Primary Responsibilities
- Build offpage and onpage optimisation strategies to increase traffic and ranking and leads to client websites.
- Build excellent quality guest posts links with high authority websites, through email outreach.
- Do excellent keyword research on various SEO tools for all types of keywords that can be used as blog topics and landing pages.
- Do aggressive competition research and draw insights and develop new strategies for improving rankings and conversions.
- Use the blog and content pages to drive organic traffic through new strategies.
- Identify and monitor SEO/ASO KPIs. Take ownership and build the toolset for SEO/ASO.
- Monitor, analysis & report performance using Google Analytics and webmaster tools of multiple search engines.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, strategies and algorithm changes.
- Perform weekly site audits and identify scope of improvement in product, content and implementation of analytics
- Optimise content on daily basis for better search performance and see what kind of keywords can be used to drive more traffic through content.
- Work closesly with offpage team to execute creative offpage campaigns and implement onpage changes.
- Understand and implement technical SEO audits and changes
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes.
- Test new ideas and explore more organic growth strategies.
Experience and skillsets needed
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Should be willing to work in Gurgaon.
- Must have a proven track record of working with high volume keywords, and delivering high volume traffic through organic.
- Must have in-depth technical understanding of onpage and offpage, and mobile SEO.
- Expert user of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Screaming frog and at least one market-leading tool for tracking user activity on websites.
- Experienced troubleshooter with high proficiency in relevant diagnostic tools.
