The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and YouTube channel optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, involving close collaboration with content, design, development, and business development teams to achieve measurable marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO audits.
• Implement on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink building and link management.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to indexing, crawling, and website performance.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search engine visibility.
• Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for performance tracking.
• Optimize website content to improve organic traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO):
• Manage and optimize company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop social media content calendars and organic growth strategies.
• Create engaging captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain consistent brand communication.
• LinkedIn Marketing & B2B Lead Generation
• Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn business page.
• Plan and publish professional content, industry insights, company updates, and thought-leadership posts.
• Identify target industries, potential clients, and relevant decision-makers.
• Support B2B lead generation and outreach for IT services, web development, and mobile app development.
• Build brand awareness, professional networks, and business engagement through LinkedIn.
• Track page growth, content performance, and lead generation metrics.
• YouTube Marketing:
• Manage and optimize the company's YouTube channel.
• Conduct keyword research for video topics, titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Optimize channel information, thumbnails, playlists, and video metadata.
• Plan content around technology insights, company services, educational videos, and project showcases.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to publish engaging content and YouTube Shorts.
• Track views, watch time, subscriber growth, audience retention, and engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO and digital marketing reports.
• Track KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, video performance, and leads.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements.
