About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEO & AEO Expert to take ownership of our organic search and AI-search visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and emerging AEO/GEO practices. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, executing SEO initiatives, and using data to improve organic traffic, rankings, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and content-gap analysis.

• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, conversational queries, and AI-generated search results.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Build and execute ethical link-building and digital PR strategies.
• Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Track and report key SEO metrics, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with search algorithm changes, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
• Practical understanding of AEO/GEO and AI-powered search optimization.
• Strong understanding of search intent, semantic SEO, entities, topical authority, and content clusters.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Understanding of website architecture and structured data/schema.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently plan and execute SEO initiatives.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
