The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the primary stack (WordPress, PHP, MySQL) and a passion for building high-performance, secure, and scalable websites. You will be responsible for custom theme and plugin development, API integrations, and maintaining code quality across our digital products.### Key Responsibilities* Core Development: Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites, including custom Theme and Plugin development.* Backend Engineering: Manage backend development using PHP and MySQL. Implement and optimize Redis for object caching to reduce database load.* API Integration: robustly integrate REST APIs and third-party data providers; develop custom endpoints when necessary.* Performance & SEO: Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and Core Web Vitals.
