Job summary

HERE Technologies in Mumbai is seeking a Web Graphic Designer to shape how audiences experience HERE online, translating complex technology topics into visual stories and ensuring accessible, brand-aligned graphics.

You will create digital graphics for HERE.com, collaborate with Content, UX/UI, Marketing and Development teams, prepare assets for web and email, and contribute to reusable visual assets within our design system.

Qualifications

What's the role?

As our Web Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how audiences experience HERE online. You'll transform complex technology topics into compelling visual stories while ensuring all website graphics remain accessible, consistent, scalable, and aligned with our brand and design system.

• Create and deliver digital graphics across HERE.com and the broader HERE website ecosystem to support launches, campaigns, and content refreshes.
• Translate complex technology concepts into engaging visual assets that support audience needs and business objectives.
• Partner closely with Content, UX, UI Design, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Development teams to create impactful digital experiences.
• Prepare, optimize, and export assets for web and email channels.
• Manage incoming design requests through Workfront, ensuring accurate updates and timely delivery.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of reusable visual assets within our Brand Folder and design libraries.
• Support content publishing workflows, including organizing and uploading approved assets through content management systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and subject matter experts to ensure quality, consistency, and strong design execution.
• Participate in sprint-based workflows and help deliver a continuous stream of high-quality content experiences.
• Support creative reviews by presenting design rationale and helping stakeholders align on final solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will likely bring:

• 4+ Years of experience creating web graphics, digital campaigns, and visual content for technology, SaaS, or B2B marketing environments.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools and digital asset creation workflows.
• Experience developing accessible, brand-consistent visual content for websites and digital channels.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging graphics, illustrations, iconography, and visual storytelling assets.
• Familiarity with design systems and brand governance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX, UI Design, Content, Marketing, and Development stakeholders.
• Understanding of digital content production and optimization for web and email experiences.
• Experience using a content management system, preferably Contentful, to publish digital assets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience contributing to storyboards and video concepts is beneficial, as is experience creating 3D design assets.

Together, we strategically and operationally manage HERE's ecosystem of websites, with HERE.com serving as the primary destination for inspiring and educating audiences, generating demand, and supporting self-service journeys through our products and documentation.As part of the Global Marketing function, you'll work alongside experts in Content, UX, UI Design, and Infrastructure to create engaging digital experiences that help customers understand and adopt HERE's technology solutions.
