Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a mid-weight UX Designer in Pune to shape insight-driven, scalable experiences across our marketing site and apps portfolio. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives within cross-functional squads, delivering impactful user experiences that drive business growth.

The role requires 4–10 years of UX design experience, a keen eye for modern UI, and comfort with research and data to inform decisions. Collaboration with Product, Research, and Engineering is essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-weight UX Designer to join our growing team of digital specialists. You will play a key role in shaping insight-driven, scalable experiences across our marketing site and apps portfolio, supporting with digital experiences for brands including King Street Townhouse, Hale Country Club & Spa, City AM mobile app and internal marketing sites for THG, THG Ingenuity & THG Studios. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, working within cross-functional squads to deliver impactful user experiences that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret user research results and apply insights to design decisions
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and customer analysis
• Analyse user feedback and iterate to enhance user experience
• Apply and contribute to design systems
• Create wireframes, user journeys, sitemaps, and visual designs using a lean, agile approach across devices
• Advocate for and implement accessible design solutions
• Conduct and support usability testing activitiesPresent design work clearly to stakeholders, justifying design decisions with confidence
• Create personas and usage scenarios to inform design direction and decisions
• Promote design and accessibility standards to ensure consistency across products and brands
• Develop interactive product prototypes
• Support team members with collaborative sessions and design feedback

Qualifications

UX Designer (4-10 years experience)

Required Skills

• Experience working across the end-to-end design process
• Exposure to performance marketing / conversion rate optimisation is advantageous
• An extremely keen eye for modern visual design and UI expertise
• Comfortable using research and data to inform design decisions
• Familiar with operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident working with ambiguity

Preferred Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Figma and modern prototyping tools (Claude Design/Code, v0, Lovable, etc. preferable)
• Experience with research and testing platforms
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or ContentSquare is essential
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UX practices

• Collaborating with Product, Research, and Engineering on strategy and delivery
