Keka is seeking a Senior Visual / Communication Designer to blend strong design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. You will shape visual storytelling across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints, leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining a cohesive brand across channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-impact visuals and scalable design systems, mentoring junior designers and elevating the overall design

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in visual/communication design.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and storytelling in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with AI design tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear visuals.

About Role

We’re looking for a Senior Visual / Communication Designer who blends strong design fundamentals with an AI-first mindset. This is not just about making things look good—you’ll be expected to think in systems, move fast with the latest tools, and elevate how we communicate as a brand in a B2B SaaS space.

You’ll play a key role in shaping visual storytelling across marketing, product, and brand touchpoints while leveraging modern design and AI tools to increase speed, consistency, and creativity.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, product communication, and brand initiatives.
• Create high-impact visuals across digital channels (ads, social, web, landing pages, email, presentations).
• Translate complex B2B SaaS concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Build and scale design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration (image generation, automation, design assistance, etc.).
• Maintain and evolve brand identity with a strong eye for consistency and innovation.
• Mentor junior designers and raise the overall design bar.

What you'll bring

• 4–6 years of experience in visual / communication design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, and storytelling—preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Deep expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern motion/design tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar) and an ability to integrate them into workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
