Qualifications

• Knowledge of Blender or similar 3D software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals for client briefs.
• Develop engaging visual design language for Instagram posts, stories, and reels.
• Ensure tone and visual identity are consistently applied across materials.
• Provide feedback to designers to align with brand requirements.
• Handle visual language creation for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Experience in motion graphics and CGI-ready visuals.
• Operate camera and lighting for shoots as needed.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and social media managers to finalize designs.

Working model: Hybrid (12 days WFO/ rest WFH)

Days: Monday- Friday

Timing: 10:30AM- 7:00PM

Budget: 40 to 45k per month (depending on experience)

About the role: We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who’s focused, ambitious and dedicated to join our dream team for the next phase of growth who will join the company for a long term.

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on client briefs
• Develop engaging visual design language for new brands and significant projects, encompassing Instagram posts, stories, and reels.
• Ensure that the tone and visual identity set for each brand are consistently applied across all creative materials.
• Evaluate designs based on the brand's vibe and provide constructive feedback to designers, facilitating alignment with brand requirements.
• Handle visual language creation and feedback for various brands simultaneously, adapting to each brand's unique style.
• Experienced in motion graphics
• Strong background in camera operation and lighting for shooting
• Work with copywriters and creative directors and social media managers to produce final design and collaborating with internal teams to prioritize & launch projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating visually appealing content for social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Blender or other 3D software adaptable to CGI output is a plus.
