Job summary

Hudle seeks a skilled video editor to own end-to-end production from briefs to delivery for brand films and social content. You will edit, grade, sound mix, and deliver per platform with a strong emphasis on volume without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities include producing social-first content, crafting performance ads, and integrating AI where it truly adds value, while occasionally shooting in-house content to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in video editing with a portfolio spanning brand storytelling and performance work.
• Advanced Premiere Pro and After Effects skills.
• Active, working use of AI tools with a clear point of view on where they help and where they fail.
• Fluency in social-first craft and ability to deliver fast turnarounds.

Own video output at Hudle: brand films, social-first content and performance ads. You'll take a brief from idea to delivery, and build the systems that let us produce at volume without losing quality.

Responsibilities

• Take footage from rushes to finished film — edit, grade, sound, motion graphics and titles — and deliver it correctly versioned for every platform we run.
• Produce social-first content for Hudle's channels and event IPs.
• Create performance ads for Meta and Google. Volume and turnaround matter as much as craft.
• Build AI into the pipeline where it genuinely earns its place.
• Shoot for in-house social content regularly.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in video editing, with a portfolio spanning both brand storytelling and performance work.
• Advanced Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Active, working use of AI tools — Runway, Veo, Kling, ElevenLabs or equivalents — with a clear point of view on where each helps and where it still fails.
• Fluency in social-first craft.
• Comfort with speed. Same-day and next-day turnarounds are normal.

Good to have

• Camera skills and basic knowledge of shoots and production.
• Prior work at a consumer brand, D2C business or sports production company.
• Design ability in Figma or Photoshop for statics, thumbnails and end cards.
