The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed promptly. You will also be able to use your knowledge of design software to do these responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed promptly. You will also be able to use your knowledge of design software to do these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team for various materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, videos and marketing materials.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic or video according to brand identity.
• Editing and creating videos (posts, clips, reels, long format) for promotions across various platforms
• Test graphics and videos across various media.
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
• Coordinate with the team members to identify photography needs. Assign projects to photographers if needed and keep track of the deadlines. Review photos, edit and make necessary changes. Decide which images to publish.
• Understanding video production nuances and working closely with the motion graphics and production team will be highly desirable.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of illustrations, other graphics & video or motion creatives. Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience (academic and professional) with design & editing software, including After Effects, Premier Pro, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
• Knowledge & working on 3D Max Software is an additional asset.
• Expert in Adobe Suit, Abode Premier and related software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline is preferred.
