Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services seeks a Senior Vice President to lead Fund Administration with a Private Equity focus in Hyderabad. You will own end-to-end PE fund operations, NAVs, financial reporting, and investor communications, while driving governance and controls.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of experience in Fund Accounting / Fund Administration, with strong and proven Private Equity experience.
• CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong experience reviewing NAVs and Private Equity fund accounting deliverables.
• Proven experience leading large or moderately large teams, preferably across multiple locations.
• Strong client/stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in internal controls, risk management, and performance management.
• Exposure to fund accounting systems/ledgers; Investran experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fund Administration and Fund Accounting function specifically for Private Equity, with ownership of a significant PE portfolio and end-to-end fund lifecycle.
• Oversee and review Private Equity fund accounting deliverables, NAVs, financial reporting, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Set the strategy, operating standards, controls, and governance framework for the PE function in line with business and client requirements.
• Lead large, multi-location teams, with accountability for performance, productivity, talent development, and succession planning.
• Act as a senior point of contact for global clients and stakeholders, managing escalations, negotiations, and critical business requirements.
• Design and strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation plans, ensuring robust operational governance.
• Drive performance management, process improvement, standardisation, and operational efficiency across the function.
• Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and service improvement across Fund Administration.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, controls, and client-specific requirements.
• Provide senior leadership oversight for strategic initiatives and complex operational matters within Private Equity Fund Administration.
