Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX Design or related fields.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Proven experience working on end-to-end digital product design.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and identify user touchpoints and interactions across multiple user journeys.
• As is and ‘to be’ states gap analysis and action plan.
• Running stakeholder workshops to gather product insights.
• Conduct remote and on-site research or usability testing with real users.
• Stay up to date with competitor products, emerging design patterns, and industry trends.
• Develop wireframes, task flows, and user journeys based on user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with other designers, product teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers to build intuitive, user-friendly software solutions.
• Create, maintain, and iterate on core UX design deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist in creating final dev ready UI screens with the help of existing design system.

Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to be a creative, task-based problem solver who is passionate about creating experiences that engage the imagination while empowering users to bring the brand to life. This role includes elements of Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, and Visual Design.

Involved in projects from the beginning, Product Designers work closely with Strategists & Art Directors to help shape and produce the experience vision from concept through to a finished product.
