Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape AI-native conversational and agentic interfaces for enterprise products. You will own user flows and high-fidelity UI, collaborating with our UX Manager and the Products & Platforms team.

You will prototype with live model outputs, conduct usability tests early, and contribute design system components while working closely with engineering to ensure the shipped product matches the design.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience for B2B, SaaS or enterprise products, including AI components.
• Strong conversation design capabilities: turns, clarifications, and repair when needed.
• Proficient in AI interaction patterns: streaming, latency, and source previews.
• Agentic UX concepts: previews before execution, progress tracking, and approvals.
• Experience designing data-dense screens with clear hierarchy and accessible layouts.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Incedo’s Products & Platforms team builds AI-native products for enterprise clients. Our users ask questions in natural language, review what the AI finds and recommends, and decide what to act on. You’ll design the interfaces for major parts of these products, from user flows and wireframes to polished, production-ready UI, reporting to our UX Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the UI/UX for key product areas such as conversational assistants, agent workflows and data-heavy workspaces: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and developer-ready specs.
• Design conversations that hold up in real use: follow-up questions, clarifications, and graceful recovery from wrong or partial answers.
• Combine chat with structured UI (charts, tables, forms and cards built from model output) so answers are easy to verify and act on.
• Prototype with live model outputs and run usability tests early, iterating on both the interface and the prompts behind it.
• Design the AI states most teams skip: streaming and loading, low confidence, missing data, errors and refusals, and approval before an agent acts.
• Contribute AI patterns and components to the design system, and stay close to engineering through build and QA so what ships matches the design.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5–8 years in UI/UX design for B2B, SaaS or enterprise products, including at least one AI-pow
• Conversation design depth: context carried across turns, disambiguation and clarifying questions, repair when the model misunderstands, and response guidelines for tone, length and structure.
• Command of AI interaction patterns: streaming and latency, confidence and uncertainty cues, citations and source previews, edit and regenerate controls, and feedback capture that improves the system.
• Agentic UX: plan previews before execution, step-by-step progress, approval gates, undo and rollback, and the right level of autonomy for each task.
• Strong visual and interaction craft for data-dense screens (hierarchy, typography, layout, tables and charts), with accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA built in from the start.
• Component thinking: tokens, states and variants engineers can build without guesswork; expert in Figma or equivalent tools.
• Validation skills: prototypes that call live models (via prompting, AI prototyping tools or code), usability and concept testing, and shared rubrics with engineers for what a good AI response looks like.
• Clear UX writing for microcopy, system messages and empty states, and a portfolio of case studies showing framing, iterations, trade-offs and outcomes.
