Job summary

RZR Global is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own design across core product lines, starting with RZR Computer. You will report to a product-led hiring manager and own flows from architecture to polish while shaping UI/UX for video editing and generation within the Creative Engine.

This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role across multiple product surfaces. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in UX design for complex B2B/SaaS products, strong Figma skills, and experience with design systems.

Qualifications

Role Overview

RZR is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of design across our core product lines — RZR Computer, Encore, and Pulse — starting with the client-facing RZR Computer application. This role reports directly to Mike, who currently balances both Product and Design responsibilities across these surfaces; this hire lets Mike focus on Product while this designer owns UI/UX end to end, from flow architecture to final polish. Over the first 90 days, this person will complete the RZR Computer flow, design a landing page connecting into RZR Computer's login, and begin shaping UI/UX for new video editing and generation flows inside Creative Engine. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility seat: a chance to define design direction across multiple concurrent product surfaces, working closely with a hiring manager who can mentor from a product lens while handing over full design authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for RZR Computer, RZR's flagship client-facing application, from flow architecture through final visual polish
• Drive UI/UX changes and improvements across Encore
• Lead design for Pulse and other RZR products as they move from concept to launch
• Design and ship a public-facing marketing/landing page for RZR Computer, including wiring the login/signup flow into it
• Build out UI/UX for video editing tools and video generation flows inside the Creative Engine
• Partner with Mike and cross-functional product/engineering stakeholders to prioritize and sequence design work across multiple concurrent product lines
• Establish reusable design patterns that scale across RZR Computer, Encore, Pulse, and future products

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least some of that on complex, feature-rich B2B or SaaS-style products (not just marketing sites)
• Proven ownership of end-to-end design — from user flows and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and handoff-ready specs
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Experience building or working within a design system, and contributing new patterns to one
• Demonstrated ability to design for both product UI (dashboards, in-app flows) and marketing-facing surfaces (landing pages)
• Strong interaction design skills for tool-heavy interfaces (e.g., editors, timelines, multi-step workflows)
• Comfort working independently across multiple concurrent product lines with a single hiring manager, prioritizing and sequencing their own work
• Experience partnering directly with engineering on implementation feasibility and design QA post-handoff

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing for video editing, timeline-based, or media-generation tools specifically
• Familiarity with ad-tech, martech, or DSP/programmatic advertising products
• Basic front-end literacy (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with engineers on implementation constraints
• Experience designing authentication/login flows or account/SSO handoffs between products
• Portfolio evidence of shipping 0-to-1 product surfaces, not just iterating on existing ones
