Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects and understand their business goals.
• Research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to lay the foundation for a top-notch product experience.
• Present research to the client.
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients understand the user journey.
• Guide the development team about the user journey.
• Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
• Ensure the development team has all the design assets as needed.
• Ensure smooth design handoff to the development team with no gaps.
• Review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.

Required experience, skill sets and behavioral characteristics
