Kwalee’s Product & Growth team is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to steer User Acquisition across our mobile portfolio: live hits, much-loved classics, and exciting new games looking for their big break.
We’ll shape the title around your experience, from Senior UA Manager to Lead UA Manager or even Head of UA, because it's the impact that matters.
This role is for you if you're a hands-on UA leader who gets a real buzz from spotting where the next profitable pound of spend is hiding, and proving it. You'll grow a team of UA Managers who proudly own their games and bring an investor's eye to the whole portfolio, so every game and every campaign earns its place in the spotlight.
This role is based in our Bangalore studio, working onsite 5 days per week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Profitable growth across our portfolio. You'll be the go-to owner of how our games grow: spotting opportunities first, catching dips early, keeping targets sharp, and helping your team stay on top of every game they own.
