Viable Outsource Solution is seeking a Senior U.S. Immigration Paralegal in Noida to draft and manage O-1A, EB-1A and NIW petitions. This drafting-focused role requires hands-on experience in preparing and drafting petitions, not just evidence collection or administrative support.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant immigration paralegal experience, strong legal writing and case strategy skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases with timelines from initial prep to filing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of U.S. immigration paralegal/legal experience.
• Hands-on petition drafting experience on immigration cases.
• Experience with O-1A, EB-1A, and NIW petitions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration petition requirements and case preparation.
• Ability to independently analyze a case and develop strategy.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience as Case Manager or independent handling immigration cases is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

We are looking for a Senior Legal Associate Immigration Paralegal with strong, hands-on experience in U.S. immigration petition drafting and case strategy.

This is a drafting-focused role for candidates who have actually worked on preparing and drafting O-1A, EB-1A, and NIW petitions. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to evidence collection, document organization, or administrative case support may not be the right fit.
